Credentials
We are a boutique firm that has been practicing for over 25 years. We practice exclusively in resolving tax problems and providing tax preparation services for consumers. In order to practice before the IRS as a taxpayer’s legal representative, the IRS requires the professional to be a tax lawyer, a licensed accountant or CPA, or an IRS Enrolled Agent. Because our firm represents clients before the IRS, we employ only professionals such as tax lawyers, licensed tax accountants, and enrolled agents.
When it comes to tax preparation, our credentials set us apart from our competitors, such as the large chains that employ tax preparers with limited training and no credentials. The IRS, various state boards of accountancy, and bar associations require continuing professional education in order to retain professional licenses. Most tax preparation firms do not represent clients before the IRS and many tax preparers are not adequately trained or qualified to prepare tax returns.
